The short version: what you type into our calculators never leaves your device, and we don’t use cookies or track you.

What you type into calculators

Every WageSimply calculator runs entirely in your web browser. Your salary, income, filing status and other inputs are worked out on your own device. They are never sent to us or stored by us.

To let you bookmark or share a result, your inputs are added to the page address (for example ?amount=60000&state=texas). That address stays on your device unless you choose to share or bookmark it, so only share links you’re comfortable with others seeing.

Cookies and tracking

We don’t use cookies, advertising trackers or cross-site tracking. We don’t currently use any analytics. If we add analytics, we will use a privacy-friendly service that doesn’t use cookies or identify individual visitors, and we will update this page first.

Hosting

Our website is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We don’t use this information to identify you. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

Advertising

There is no advertising on WageSimply today. If we add ads in future, we will update this policy before they appear and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Links to other sites

We link to sources such as the IRS and state tax agencies. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we don’t control.

Children

WageSimply is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights

Because we don’t collect or store personal information from our calculators, we hold no personal data about you to access, correct or delete. If you contact us by email, we’ll use your message only to reply, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
